I think I'm addicted to cookbooks. I love almost all cookbooks, but I especially love the little local ones put out by community organizations, clubs, and churches. Some of those home baked recipes are kind of hard to figure out with things like "small can" and a "pinch." But, it's worth playing around to figure out what some lady is trying to tell you about one of her favorite family dishes.
