Appetizers & Snacks

One thing I love about the holidays is that there are always lots of finger foods. Now, I love a great meal and cook a lot, but there's just something about appetizers that I adore. In fact, I can make a meal off snacks or appetizers and often do.

We have a lot of special snacks and appetizers that we make around here. Many are kind of seasonal. When the weather gets cool, I start thinking about Chex Party Mix and Lit'l Smokies. Super Bowl Season . . . time for some Buffalo Hot Wings.

Some of our appetizers just make a party. If I mix up Pica de Gallo, it's a good time whether there's any occasion to celebrate or not.
